Conway's career has taken him across the province, the country and the world as a regional and national radio and television reporter - helping him develop contacts in the national media as well as giving him an excellent global perspective on key issues. Conway's commitment to excellence and detail has been rewarded with winning or being a finalist for 25 journalism awards, including a prestigious Gemini Award. His leadership skills have been recognized with a "Top 40 Under 40" designation as well as being unanimously awarded the Laurentian University Alumni Young Leader Award in 2006.
